Pair Mexican hand painted 3 footed bowls Folk Art Clay Talavera Two delightful Talevera brightly handpainted bowls made circa 1980s These pottery pieces sit have footed and unpainted bases The feet have hole in case you decide to hang from wall. They are called Mexican Folk Art story telling plates The plate is made of clay and the front of the plate has been hand painted. A glaze was then applied to seal the clay and the paint. Larger approx 8 inches diameter and smaller 6 inches. Scalloped edges and painted outer borders. Have fun studying the painting and weaving your own tales!
