Elevate your collection with this antique Imperial Glass pressed glass bowl, featuring the iconic Wheels Clear pattern. Crafted in the early 20th century, this piece emanates elegance and historical charm. This pattern was introduced in 1909 to compete with the Elegant Cut Glass of the day, continuing in production for years. This piece predates Imperial's standard use of logos that started in 1914 and were eventually used on the bowls of this design starting in the 1950s. Because they were imitating Elegant Cut Glass, I estimate it was created in the 1910s. The bowl is a testament to the craftsmanship of the era, originating in Ohio and made in the EAPG style. The footed design adds to its stability and faceted light reflections. Whether for personal enjoyment or as a thoughtful gift, this original, antique bowl is a treasure from a bygone time.
The bowl is in excellent used condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear.
