This book is great on the inside. The pages are fine. But the Cover front and back have heavy staining. Christmas hot coco of years gone by??? Can not confirm. This would be perfect for crafts, or collectors. Book is 11 3/8 inches tall, 8 1/4 inches wide. Please see photos.
