This beautiful vase was created and signed by glass artisan, John Cook and dated 2000. John Cook (1947-2013) began Phoenix Glass Studio with two partners in the early 1970's before selling his partnership in 1982. He created John Cook Studios in Santa Barbara, California in the early 1980's and subsequently moved to Gearhart, Oregon where he and his wife continued to create beautiful glass art. Measures: 6 3/8" tall x 9 1/2". Base foot measures 3" in diameter. Weighs: 2 pounds. Excellent condition.
