With  original dust jacket. 
Other signed copies may be signed by Bill Martin. 
Copyright 1967 with this one dated 1983. Unable to see one in EBay from this date. 40th Anniversary editiin currently posted on EBay for $ 150 and $500z they are 23 years newer.
