Roger Allen was a West Texas artist who based the Starkeeper design on the Medicine Man/Healer/Spiritual Leaders of the Southwest Native Americans.  This piece is striking to look at.  The interior has a very intricate design that looks like an eyeball to me.  The center color is a light dusty pink color with hints of green and yellow.  The outside is a deep dark glossy black and the artist signature is on the bottom.  The bowl is 6 inches across and about 3 inches tall.
