This is a vintage Brinn & Co. Victorian-style ceramic bell figurine of a girl holding a pink flower. It is made of glazed porcelain and features hand-painted details. The dress is primarily white or cream with brown accents, including floral and ribbon designs. It functions as both a decorative figurine and a working hand bell. No chips or cracks. Like new condition.
