Vintage David Goines Alice Waters Recipes Suitable for Framing Incomplete Set of 17

This is a set of 17 recipe posters by David Goines at St. Hieronymus Press. They vary in design and size. All are loose, except one that was mounted to cardboard. The folio also includes a letter from Gene Opton, which gives context about the folio and its provenance.

Paella Valenciana (11.875" L x 10.1" H) Creasing at two corners. Yellowing along edges.

Carrot Bread (5.6875" L x 11" H) Yellowing along the edge.

Stuffed Grape Leaves (9.9" L x 11.5" H) Two outdents, the size of a staple along one edge.

Anchovy Stuffed Eggs (6.125" L x 11.1875" H)

Marinated Tomatoes (6.625" L x 12.875" H) Light indent the size of a large pinhole)

La Sauce Mayonnaise (8.875" L x 13" H) Two light outdents, the size of a staple along one edge.

Watercress (13.875" L x 10.5" H) Yellowing along the edge.

Moroccan Carrots (9" L x 12.5" H)

Herb Vegetable Sauce (8.6" L x 14.5" H) Light crease at one corner.

Apricot Souffle (print: 5.1" W x 12.7" H, cardboard: 11.5" L x 16" H) Mounted on cardboard, with a pen mark on the back. Edge wear to the print. Yellowing throughout the print, likely due to the adhesive used for mounting. Small residue and darkening just right above the print on the cardboard. Creases on the cardboard.
