Vintage orange with green handcrafted art pottery fish. Not sure what signature reads. Dated 2004. Measures approximately 5" long by  3 1/2" tall. Has open mouth. Hallow inside. Fins have a slight roughness to them due to how thin they are along edges but I only see one small chip to paint along edge of one fin. Could easily be touched up.  Questions welcomed.
