Vintage pink lavender uranium glass rhinestone brooch mid century starburst floral dome. This striking 1950s–early 1960s brooch features a dimensional starburst design with a vivid pink center stone, surrounded by alternating round and emerald-cut rhinestones in shades of pink and lavender. The rectangular stones and several accent stones are made of uranium glass, which fluoresce a bright neon yellow-green under UV light (see photos). The gold-tone metal setting has layered riveted construction, adding depth and sparkle. Stones are prong-set and retain good color with minor age-related wear. The back features a rollover safety clasp in working condition. Unsigned but a fine example of quality mid-century costume jewelry. Good vintage condition. Please see pictures for details.
