Vintage "Under the Sea" lampwork glass bead and starfish pendant necklace.  This is a one of a kind upcycle creation by me using vintage beads and jewelry findings.  The pendant measures 2 1/3" across.  The length of the beaded necklace measures 21" to 22" with adjustment.
