I have been selling on platforms since the 1990s, used to go trash picking in my alleyway back east and found some really neat things to flip for a profit. I learned about makers marks from a friend of mine who has now passed (may he rest in peace) he taught me a lot about antiques. We used to go to Auction houses and wipe out the place. I had a consignment shop also. I have all kinds of items now and have been thrift shopping way before the cows came home. I live in the southwest so if I do have any items from here they most likely are genuine southwest. Well have a good day.
